Q. How you came to know about Salesforce?
My company was talking about utilizing the Salesforce platform for our CRM and asked me if I would be interested in running the project. I was a little hesitant at first but then I went to Dreamforce in 2016 and saw the magnitude of Salesforce and realized being a part of the Salesforce Ohana was something I really wanted to be a part of. Much of the people that I met during Dreamforce 2016 got me motivated about being a part of Salesforce and continue to do this daily.

Q. What you want to do for the Salesforce community?
I love being able to give back to the Salesforce Community to new users, like I was a couple years ago. Helping users with the platform and discussing different career paths, and such, with Salesforce is an absolute pleasure.
Q. What are your further plans for the betterment of the Salesforce?
I plan to continue to lead and build to Daytona Beach, FL User Group along with assisting in growing our local Community-led event, Florida Dreamin and help spread the word of how amazing Salesforce and the Salesforce Ohana is. I want to keep learning as much as I can about the platform and continue to help others grow within the community.
Q. Any ideas you want to share for the improvement of Salesforce?
If you are new to Salesforce, network as much as possible! That was the best way for me to learn and continue growth and confidence. There is entire world full of amazing Ohana out there that will help you with anything regarding the platform, all you have to do is reach out and ask.
Q. How much you are convinced with the concept of SFDC Hero?
I love the concept of SFDC Hero of the Month! It enables users to work hard and get involved within the Community to help spread the Salesforce love and be recognized for their hard work and passion.

Reach out and get involved in the community as much as possible!

Q. Why do you think you should be chosen as the SFDC_Hero?
Within less than 2 years of ever hearing about Salesforce, I implemented the Sales Cloud platofrm to over 100+ users at my company, earned 3 Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant), earnd over 330 Trailhead badges, was asked to be a part of the Trailblazer Story video and photo shoots, founded and currently leader of the Daytona Beach User Group and current member of the Event Planning Team for the Innagural Florida Dreamin event being held in November 2018.

I am 5x Salesforce Certified, Founder/Leader of the Daytona Beach (FL) User Group. Member of the planning team for Florida Dreamin' and a Lightning Champion. I have been a member of the Salesforce ecosystem for a little over 2 years with implementation experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. Currently a 4x Trailhead Ranger with over 400 badges earned and consider myself a Trailhead Addict. I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Sports Management and proud to call myself a Salesforce Ohana member.
